Pumpkin Contest

Riverton Hospital had a contest where each department was asked to decorate a pumpkin and then they were all taken to one of the conference room to be judged.   Here is "Beulah May" and the HIM team.  I am sure we will not win, but we had fun making it.

The End of October

Before my favorite month is over I wanted to add a few more fun things.   This year for our annual birthday getaway Paul and I found a new favorite spot.   We went to Bear Lake and found a hidden gem .  . . Inn at Snow Meadows.   The hosts, Carol and Greg are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.   We ate two meals there and they were wonderful and reasonably priced.   Here are some pictures of the Safari room we stayed in.  They have 10 themed rooms to choose and the quality and attention to detail is outstanding.

My Birthday

Today is my double nickle birthday (55).   I don't feel that old inside, but hey . . . how do you turn back the clock?   I had a wonderful day and I want to thank everyone that sent birthday wishes my way.   I especially want to thank my wonderful husband for the beautiful roses that he sent to my office.   I have the best family and I want them to know how much I love them!!

Subject of my posts . . . .

As you can see most of the posts and pictures on my blog are and will be about my family.   They are my greatest blessings and I am thankful for each one.   My days are mostly spent at the Riverton Hospital.   I work in medical records and analyze the inpatient charts.  If they are not complete and have everything necessary to make it a legal document, then we have to get the doctors to sign or finish them.   I love the new facility and my boss is wonderful.   Paul is still traveling and doing consulting for a company called Integral.   He mostly supports software made by Computer Associates.    That is the original company he worked for when we first got married and he is quite skilled in a lot of their products.   The webcam makes it fun to talk to each other at night, but it is not the "real thing."   Hoping to be in the same zip code 24/7 some day soon.

Jason at grandma's house.

Jason is growing fast.    His smile just warms your heart and grandpa can really get him laughing.
